AIRIC HUGHES
Airic Hughes is an entrepreneur, artist, philanthropist, and Ph.D. candidate in the Department of History at the University of Arkansas. His research examines black geographies in America through the lens of federal interstate development in Little Rock, Arkansas. Airic founded the Visionairi Foundation in 2016. The Visionairi Foundation produces films, media, and events with a mission to promote and preserve black culture through education, creativity, and social justice.

SYNETRA HUGHES
Dr. Synetra Hughes is a native of West Memphis, Arkansas and graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Hughes specializes in workforce development, diversity and inclusion relations, human resources, leadership development, fundraising, and nonprofit management.

KAYLIN OLIVER
Kaylin Oliver is a recent graduate of the Masters of Political Science program at the University of Arkansas. Kaylin joined the Visionairi Team in 2020 as the Education and Social Advocacy Intern. After graduation, she joined the team as the Program/Project Manager. She is responsible for working in collaboration with the Director and Board chair to connect and build strategic partnerships, coordinated advocacy, and support for locally-led initiatives.

PHILIP WHITE
Philip is a proud alumnus of The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Philip currently serves as a Program Manager where he leads various knowledge-based programs throughout the state. He believes in being honest, authentic and helpful. Philip aims to serve others in his personal and professional life. He’s husband to a beautiful wife and dad to three amazing children. When he isn’t working he’s spending time with his family outdoors. Philip was drawn to Visionairi because of their call and response to uplift, acknowledge, educate and celebrate the Black community. There is power in knowledge, especially in truly knowing where you come from. Visionairi exhibits this power in every aspect of their work. Philip is proud to be a true Visionairi!

FELICIA GRAHAM
Felicia Graham is a graduate from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She is originally from Searcy, Arkansas. Graduating from the University was a major accomplishment. Education to me means to persevere, strength, and independence. I’m currently a Capacity Procurement Representative, ICS with J.B. Hunt and is happily married to her wife, Dereka Graham of 3yrs.

KEILEN RICHARDSON
From Jacksonville, Arkansas. 2019 WCOB graduate at the University of Arkansas. Worked within Arkansas Athletics department. Worked with various corporate real estate companies including Walmart and currently K-Mac Enterprise. Launched Rich-Life Developments, a development company that aims to provides affordable and sustainable housing across the state of Arkansas to help end the housing crisis.

NEBA EVANS
Neba Evans is a diligent multimedia professional striving to create and produce films. She graduated with a BA in Multimedia Communication at The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a small HBCU in southeast Arkansas, and recently, with a MA in Documentary Filmmaking at The University of Arkansas. Neba has worked as an instructor, social media specialist, and producer assistant for the last couple of years. She has used those experiences, her passion for establishing connections, and her storytelling skills when joining Visionairi as an intern in the summer of 2020 and currently as a producer for Arkansas PBS.
